2. Return and Refund Policy

Thanks for purchasing our products at www.bluemountainsafety.com. We appreciate the fact that you like buy the products we have. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that can apply to transactions at www.bluemountainsafety.com. We will be as brief as our attorney will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at www.bluemountainsafety.com, you can agree to the terms set forth below along with Blue Mountain Safety and Industrial Products Inc.’s Privacy Policy.

Customer may only apply for the refund and/or return of item in the following circumstances:

  • If the product/item has not been received by the customer (LOST)
    • HASSLE-FREE, no need to file for claims:
    • Option 1: Replacement of the same item and redeliver to the same address
  • If you receive a defective and/or damage on delivery items follow the next guidelines:
    • Customer to report the issue via email/Facebook messenger with the attached photo for proof within 48 hours upon receipt.
    • If the customer failed to report the issue on the given time, customers are no longer eligible to request a refund or replacement of the item.
    • Customer will only refunded after we received the return item within 7 business days from the date of refund/replacement request.
3. Refunds

We at Blue Mountain Safety and Industrial Products Inc. commit ourselves by serving our customer with the best products. Every single product that you chose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our products.

Sadly, there are times when we may not have the products that you choose in stock, or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, you can directly send us an email for your order. You will be intimated in advance so that you don’t have to worry unnecessarily about your order. If you have purchased via online payment (not Cash on Delivery), then you will be refunded once our team confirms your request.

We carry out thorough quality check before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time we ensure that the packing is good such that the items won’t get damage during transit. Please note that Blue Mountain Safety and Industrial Products Inc. is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation.

We will revise your returned product as soon as we receive it and if it follows the guidelines address above, we will proceed to issue the refund of your purchase. Your refund may take a couple of days to process but you will be notified when you receive your money.

4. Shipping

Blue Mountain Safety and Industrial Products Inc. is not responsible for return shipping cost. Every shipping has to be paid by the customer, even if the item had free shipping in the first place, the customer has to pay for the shipping return.
